Most of our clients are not at home while we clean, which is ideal because it allows our cleaners to work without distractions. However, if you do find yourself at home, we recommend you stay in a different room so our staff can follow the checklists and protocols on time and clean everything efficiently.

We supply all the necessary cleaning products and equipment, so you don't need to worry about it. If you prefer specific products to be used, please inform our manager beforehand to ensure our team follows your preferences accurately.

For recurring cleanings, we always try to send the same cleaning technician that you are used to. That way, we ensure you always receive personalized treatment from someone who already knows your home and unique needs. However, if your designated maid is not available (due to a day off), we will send another equally professional staff member.

Yes. We offer a free cancellation if you notify us 48 hours or earlier before your service date. We use this time to find alternative work for your cleaner, protecting their work routine. If you are unable to notify us within 48 hours, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Tipping is not required but always appreciated! It's a wonderful way to express your gratitude to your house cleaner, and they do prefer receiving tips in cash.

Cali Maids takes great care to avoid any damage to your belongings. While we take extreme caution during our operations, accidents can occasionally occur. If something is damaged or broken during our cleaning, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. We will notify you immediately of any incidents, and when necessary, we will file insurance claims to address the situation.
