Being available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Being able to communicate in English
A positive attitude
A valid US driver's license
A vehicle in good working condition

The ability to lift 20 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, pull, and perform cleaning duties
